Maintenance in Progress!

My downloaded file has a ".zip" extension. What is it, and how do I use it?

A file with the ".zip" extension is an archive file (like a folder) which contains a group of other files, namely your multi-tracks.
For PC users using Windows XP and above, just double click on the archive folder to see your files.
For older versions of windws you may need a file extraction utility, such as WinZip, WinRAR or 7-zip.

7-Zip

Mac users should be able to open the archive just by clicking into it, although older mac users may need  StuffIt Expander. Once you have installed your extraction utility, you should be able to right-click on your .zip archive, and choose a "Extract to..." option. This will allow you to extract all the files in the archive to a location of your choice on your computer.
