2. To be eligible to take part in this promotion prize draw you agree and accept our terms and conditions.
3. This draw will only be activated on our membership reaching five hundred, and will take place within twenty eight days from the date of receipt of our five hundredth member subscription.
4. Only the first five hundred subscribed members will be entered into this draw.
5. When our membership reaches five hundred the draw will be activated and we will publish this on our website.
6. The winner will be randomly selected from the five hundred subscriptions, using any method that we deem to be fair for all members.
7. The winner will be notified within seven days of the draw taking place via email and shipping arrangements will be made within 21 days after satisfactory confirmation of I.D. and delivery details from the winner.
8. The prize is a Gibson Les Paul studio and all technical specification and colours etc will be at our discretion and subject to availability at the time of the draw.
9. Multitrack Recordings Ltd will ship and insure the goods in order to ensure that the winner will receive the goods in good condition, and that the goods are despatched within the times specified.
10. In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or lost in transit, then Multitrack Recordings Ltd, and any of its agents, officers, affiliates, or employees will not be held responsible for any delay in receiving, or the replacement of such goods.
